The 3 West 57 residences is a 52 stories mixed-use development located at a prominent shopping intersection in New York. The project has been designed for 8 floors of retail and 37 full-floor luxurious residences and duplexes overlooking Central Park. This signature tower has been designed with a cascading effects of glass planes that articulates this important building block composed of a modernist tower on the left and a neoclassical stone building on the right.
